In your cease and desist letter, did you dispute the complaint by stating the debt is beyond the statute of limitations. If not, they are hoping that you might not know about the statute of limitations and are thinking that they may have a shot at intimidating you into paying. I would send either Why Chat's repo letter at his/her site or the SOL letter stating that it is beyond statute of limitations, and send it CRRR.
