Long story, and it's time to go to sleep after a hard day of proving that I am of course right and he is of course wrong, but essentially, I personally talked with him on 29 March and he said he'd heard rumors that I was posting about the case on the Net, and specifically asked about Cardreport, which was down at the time. I said you can do a Google search like everybody else. Later, after Cardreport came back, I put in my application for temporary injunction against exactly these sorts of SLAPP suits, that Cardreport was back up and he could search there. But he had already found me, probably just by searching with his own name, which I do pretty regularly, and run across some of my other posts that mentioned him, and put two and two together. The suit, which I downloaded from PACER today, is a real piece of work (sue me for that too, Jesse) and we'll just see what the judge in Utah thinks of it, not to mention the judge here in Raleigh.
