I live in st.louis, missouri and just recieved a letter from a mediation and alternative resolution firm stating they can help me in a civil lawsuit being filed against me by Great Seneca Financial in Civil court they even provide a case#. I have never been served with court papers and never heard of this company before, I had 2 chargeoffs 3 1/2 years ago and was wondering if this could be it? but I had Lexington Law firm successfully delete these for me, and I recently pulled a tri merge cbr and nothing about a judgement. I have rebuilt my credit up to the 650 range and don't want this to effect it, so the question is can they do anything without serving me? I know what to do if they serve me but they havent yet. thanks
