It is possible to get a mortgage without paying off all your derogatories. Originally they said I had to. I started writing letters. Now two creditors did response and we settled. 2) Need a letter of explanation in general regarding credit specifically the slow payments

Please fax me a copy of your letters with your signature and then take originals to the subdivision when you pick up your keys and leave with one of the sales counselor.

Name and number of your insurance company.

I also need to fax you a Good faith estimate for the final figures for your to review and sign and fax back so please let me know where to fax.
