Platinum Financial is Wolpoff & Abramson. Platinum is a label for their "financial" front of the collection business and Wolpoff is the "legal" front as far as litigation. They are the same people. Go look up the coporate records and you'll be suprised who is preident and vice president.

The records cost about $1.00 mail but it well worth it to know who you are dealing with. If you are being sued on a SOL debt state that in your answer to the court. Wolpoff will dismiss it before the court date. They did with mine. They don't expect you to fight and not know your rights.

I can't wait till the FEDS or the state busts them for this crap they pull.
