I had two MBNA accounts. Never validated them, they were charged off and CA's started duning and calling. I ignored them all and never paid a dime. Filed complaints if they got ugly and since I'm within SOL I've made NO effort to clean up my credit report. Let it show 2 houses, 2 cars and the ex's bills. It makes me look absolutely judgement proof (I think). According to my report I'd need 2X the income - I have. I figure let it go, look really broke and hopefully they won't go to court or garnish my wages. I work for big serospace and make good money but I have OC's to pay...... Is this a good track? All I know is laying low, not answering the phone, not dealing with CA's through validation or C&D all collection efforts have stopped with MBNA. I'm deemed too poor a risk of recovery for MBNA and the Ca's and these were 11K & 21K accounts. Follow the advise on the board - these people know their stuff....
