I'm so mad at them. They wouldn't let me talk to the attny who filed. So I told them I was calling to let them know I filed an Notice of Intent to Defend, along with a letter asking for a dismissal due to SOL. They demanded I fax them everything immediately. Yeah, okay, whatever.

I just called the court office. They moved the court date from july 1 to dec 9th because I am defending, but said they did not note the letter, just put it all in together I guess. The court clerk told me to resend the letter separate again, along with a copy to Midland, who W&A is representing, along with the attny handling it. It is required by the court to do so. So I will, and see what happens.

I hope I get as lucky as you! I hate these guys!!
