thanks!!! applause!! about time someone woke up. a few millions and maybe some will wake up and see they cant keep doin this. i got a thing with my household bank statement concerning a suit settled about their late charges and how they levied them. it is for a few million...and anyone having them in a certain time period will have them refunded up to 50$. im sure they made more than that on the interest alone but its a start. can you imagine the time and money people spent on filing these suits?? im so glad we won. keep it up!!! on to someone in charge paying attention to the scum debt buyers!!!
