changed mind on reporting BK COs /esp trans union

i have changed a thought on this, since trans union will keep a CO BK ,,,using the date BK was filed for the 7 years, conceivably one could add up to 3 years on the date its reported. so be careful on changing a account to included in BK and do whats best for your own situation there. would make no sense to change it correctly if you add years on it to be reported. dont see how trans union can do this but its in black and white on the report. like JK, who filed right before SOL was up when she was sued...trans union just reaged that by years. doesnt seem right. would benefit her to keep it as a CO.
