what state and how old is this? check out whychats site and his repo info, also. i would be wary of asset. get it all in writing before you even think to pay. a paid charge off is not positive. same negative as unpaid. also it may restart the SOL..not sure on that. CAs will lie to you. be very careful. do not tell them any checking information AT ALL. should you want to pay...always money orders. many things to question here...others will be along to help , also. good luck! the others wont be removed until 7 year is up , if you mean the OC reports. only the OC can remove those and i doubt they would.
