Yeah, Yeah, Yeah..... They lie. Wait a day and you'll have unitl 4 pm that day to call. If you don't make the 3 pm nothing will happen.....except perhaps more phone calls. You don't have the money, so paying is not an option. What you need to know is I'm betting that these guys can't practice law in your state -go online and check state bar...... Collect did the same to me. Their "Attorney" called and blah blah....I fell for it. They pay pennies on the dollar - so so you think they'll send someone to your home town for 10% (high est) of the debt which is $500 (more like 200 they paid in reality)? No of course not. Different story when the light hits it isn't it? Ignore them....period. Collect America's attorneys are just like my my dog - all bark no bite, differnce is my dog eats first!
