Thats why I think doing the stipulation for judgement is a big mistake. If you screw up at all on the settlement pay off they can come after your assets immediatly without any further court proceedings AND you throw away any possible wrangling you could have done with the CA regarding procedures they took or papers they have to provide at trial.
