Tax Returns - If you were filing earlier or later in the year, the Trustee would defintely be interested in your tax returns for this year or next (if you filed later this year). At this point in time, it likely won't be an issue. Only funds you come into during the 180 days AFTER your discharge are within the reach of the Trustee.

Fraud - 99% of the time, creditors do not show up at 341 meetings and objections are not all that common. If you were to max out your cards right before you file, that could generate fraud accusations from creditors. If you didn't do that, then you have very little to worry about.

Cash - liquid cash, if not included in your exemptions is vulnerable, unless that money is in a checking account that you use to pay monthly expenses.

The best thing to do is have as little cash in bank accounts as possible showing on the day you file.
