Absolutely, how old is this account. NEVER TRUST A CA. CAs lie to get money, can't trust a word they say. AND it is not going to be a positive on your credit report. That's bull. AND it will restart the SOL if you sign a new agreement. CAUTION ON THIS ONE. What state are you in.
