i said making a new contract (the way computerguy states it) started a new SOL. and i still think it will. computerguys legalese, which i dont follow the logic in the least, creates a new contract with a new debt. his own words. that will restart the SOL. plus i have no desire to argue something i dont understand to a judge. my 2 cents!!! lol. if im wrong, whychat can correct me and state this where i understand it. cause i have no clue what the hell cg means. cap1 wont do crap now, i seriously doubt they would do this. i seriously doubt i would go to court and explain this to some hick judge we have here to where it made any sense. i disclaim anything i say on here much as i can with, my opinion only, always. should a poster do this..more power to them. :) if im wrong, tell me just dont yell at me, please:)
