Here's what the bank told me after Collect America pulled funds at will from my account. It only takes ONE - ONE authorization to pull an electronic check and they can pull freely after that. I'm in Alabama and it may be different in your state but do you want to risk it?

No banking info - ever! Send them $100 in pennies (it'd almost be worth the postage!) send a money order - Hell get real, ignore their sorry asses and use your money on family essentails and OC's. If you've got money to burn after then get soem help - this isn't about stiffing people it's about using your money to support yourself and pay as many OC's back as possible!
