i dont see the point in dodging it. they will find you anyways. i would advise taking any money out of a checking or saving account tho. well, leave a lil in the checking. dont close it. but get it out. dont let them get a default. show up and at least deny knowledge. unless you can afford a lawyer, then of course, retain one. how old is the debt? texas has a 4 yr SOL.
