You disputed all collectors' claims, they never responded. You didn't "Fail to Deny", they did. Good. Indeed, they've filed fraud before the court. Push it, provide copies of your dispute letters, let them prove they answered. They'll wade into a thicket of trouble. Good.
Encouraging to see MD backs citizens against these lowlife predatory hustlers. Down here in "The Florida Killing Fields", CA's can run roughshod over bloodied carcasses of consumers, a 'favor' to greaseballs in banking, collections, and insurance cartels. Nice. Doesn't stop us from fighting back. Doesn't stop others, concerned their rights are dismissed by a greedy-gut heavy-handed justice system, from looking elsewhere when deciding where to move.
