Have you examined the claim to make sure they are correctly figuring the amounts? Do they have proof of the account, including your signed application?How are you figuring your SOL??Does the CA who iis suing have proof of their purchase of the account?Did the OC fulfil al of your State's requirments regarding interest etc.??

What is your situation if you DID get a judgment against you? Are you vulnerable to attachments to your home, car? Can your wages be garnished?

At the very least, if you appear, and fight, you have a CHANCE to beat them, and you can at least file for your exemptions with the Court.
