robert thanks ! im kinda dumb about the credit stuff long story short my x hubby & i got in a jam back in 99 & 00 that left my credit with 2 chargeoffs for 4900. & 5400. both visa cards that im trying to recoop from that until this week ( buying a car ) i didnt know how it would effect me well ive purfect credit except those 2 bad accounts has left me a 640 beacon but ive learned & guess ill shop around a bit until im forced to pay nearly 20 % interest , gotta have a car to work . im in a position to make monthly payments on those 2 chargeoffs now 4 yrs later but ive been advised by a attorney not to becouse he claims it restarts the clock where if i leave them alone they both drop off in about 3 years , i like that advise . thanks again for the help this is a nice forum !
