Does anyone know how much CACV pays on the dollar for debt? I tried to settle with original creditor for $.25 and they declined and sold it off. Also, does anyone know CACV's typical process? They offered a small reduction for settlement from the total balance, which I declined, and they have not come back with a new offer. Thanks.
