I live in Tennessee, which from what I understand is not a Community Property State. I am married and my husband does work, but sometimes we don't even make it from paycheck to paycheck.I am unemployed. There is nothing in my name.We have a joint account but there is no money in it, my husband has a separate account in his name only.We have a older model car in my husband name only. Can our creditors(credit cards that have been sent to various collection agencies 3 to 4 years ago, Tn SOL is 6 yrs.)go after my husbands very meager assets because of my debts?
