Often you will have to open another account with someone else who does not have a judgment and list them as primary and you as secondary. That is the way to go. That means their social security will be listed first and it will be the one that shows up in the data system. So if you have a spouse, and the spouse does not have a judgment, open one in his/her name with you as secondary.
