Send them a C&D letter via CRRS mail, send a copy by regular mail. Have your neighbor do the same, and have the neighbor inform them they will sue them for harassment,invasion of privacy, and as well will be a witness for you when you sue for defamation. Tape everything, send all to the FTC. Next time Scumco calls neighbor, why not have him standing at the ready, with one of those compressed-air-in-the-can emergency boat horns. Couple blasts into the mouthpiece out to slake their thirst for trouble. What? What? I can't hear you?
