Hey Gang, I am on the verge of having a negative charge off removed from my credit report, which should leave an unblemished record!! Yea! I am looking to purchase a home soon and wanted to know if anyone knows how long would it take my Fico score to reflect that this debt has been removed? Also, is there anything that I can do to have them re-evaluate my score when I want them to ;) ? Jenn
