These guys know full well I'm working on motions to dismiss because that's what anybody would do. They also know full well what they put in their complaint, and if they've been off their meds for so long they don't understand how completely dumb a move that was/is, then there really is no hope for them. In fact, I pointed out to Riddle's lawyers in the class action that THEIR motion to dismiss was so wrong in a couple of places that it was only sportsmanlike to give them my opinion in advance because they may have simply overlooked something in their research, and they could retract what they said so I wouldn't have to spend time arguing against it. So far, they haven't done that, so we'll see how it goes over with the judge.

In any event, I seem to have gotten their goat, resulting in some much needed comic relief.

(P.S. Jesse, I know you're reading this, so please note I didn't accuse YOU of goat-stealing; rather I said I was the one stealing goats. I only defamed MYSELF not you. So please don't sue me for that. Whatever you do, PLEASE don't SUE me.)

(P.P.S. Jesse, the "off their meds" crack was not seriously intended as a diagnosis or opinion that anybody on your side is mentally ill. It's just a common saying. Rhetorical hyperbole, if you will. PLEASE don't SUE me for that. No, really, DON'T.)
