I live in Texas. Since my wages can't be garnished, my home, the car, and more what will happen if I don't get a lawyer? I am sending my reply back to the court next week. I guess the big question here is am I judgement proof?

I know they will come back but if I save money and settle with them in a few years ... I'm thinking outloud and need more advice. I hate to spend money on a lawyer and find out that this thing may not go anywhere or will it?

Someone mentioned letters that helped them and in this Forum. Please direct me to them.

I speak with a lawyer again tomorrow and will find out from him if I am as they say... judgement proof -- if that is really a term or not I do not know.

Thanks in advance.

Sage
