Do you abide by the rules of the state that the credit card was issued from or from the state that you reside in.Some cards are from Illinois and some are from Delaware and all of them say something to the effect of abiding by the laws of that particular state. So which sol and laws do you go by, the credit card Companys home state or the state you lived in when you opened the account?
