I had a call from this company about a 5 y/o debt, last doa 04/1999. She said that if I dont make an agreement she will file papers in am to garnish my wages, this was a week ago and nothing yet. No court case, no judgement notice at all. I told her during the first call that she was to not contact me by phone due to her yelling at me and being mean. She called me right back and said she was going to play dirty. I am getting a great load of information from this website and everyone is so knowlegeable, I would appreciate any advice. I signed the contract in Florida and now reside in Alabama. I am a single mother, taking care of my child and my disabled parents, I file head of household on taxes and no child support. Thank you so much!!
