check this out pimpjuice, 11 years ago you signed a document fron the phone company and made that binding agreement that they may inqure about you credit. believe me its there in the fine print there is no specified time when they could check it (usually when your bill may become overdue). So in the end they DO have you permission. Next time when u sign these things (contracts) never put down you social. peace
