Okay, I'm about to file BK with a paralegal. Does anyone know if they can take, like my big-screen TV that I bought a couple of YEARS ago at sears? Will they force me to sell it and pay them whatever I get for it? Everyone knows that USED electronics are never worth much. Also does anyone have any bankruptcy tips for me? Maybe some of you went through it. Thanks, Stowe
