Thank you SOOOOOOOOOOO much for your advice!!!! This makes me feel so much better about the situation. I hate not being able to make good on debts, but things happen. By the way, this is not a credit card debt, this is an auto loan. They repoed my car and never sent any information, even though they had my current address... does this change the SOL?
