no one ever clarified this for me...when it crosses state lines it becomes under federal law. which is one party but sometimes can be thrown out for "tortious purpose" again...murky. i hope bob asks and finds out for me. i still am taping, regardless. usually i advise them of it to CMA. my 2 cents!!!!!!! ONLY.
