you can also file BK. it will kill your credit for awhile (2, 3 years or so) and be on your CR for 10 years and on anything else forever. it will wipe out the debts tho and you can start over clean. after a couple years or so you can begin to work on the credit score. do not fall back into the same trap as before tho, whatever you do. its your choice how you want to handle it. i wish you much luck!!!
