I now realize that I'm an idiot....LOL, but I'm learning!! What about the fact that I've disputed the negative entry AFTER I paid the account and their ABSOLUTE refusal to change the notation??? (I'm not sure if I'm making the question clear or not....)I've paid the account in full, since then, I've disputed the entry from "charge-off" to "paid in full" and when the CRA's try to verify it, AT&T still tells them that it's "charge off" & account balance $63.00. Can they do this???? I even sent proof of the payment to all 3 CRA's!!!
