Consequently, banks have become most unforgiving with credit card debtors, seen as 'easy hits', less of a Liability threat. So, you make sure Providian knows they'll be taken to task for damaging the health of the disabled.
Send letter to any banks, notify them account is exempt, money from disability income. Ounce of prevention.
Stay in touch. These sexual-psychopath sadists work as 'collections professionals' to sublimate their impulses. Good for us they do, otherwise we'd be reading about their exploits in the police blotter.
They really get their S&M jollies from bullying the disabled. Hit them back with every legal device you may find. Being disabled accords you rights. Use them. Make these creeps sorry they ever learned your phone number, much less called it.
