Scared of Being Sued

Hi all. Just wondering how you keep up to date on whether or not you've been sued. I have two recently charged off accounts (Wells Fargo Card Services $9800 & Citibank $13,400) and am going to try waiting out the SOL but do I continually need to check with the local courthouse or what? Don't think I will get sued because of no assets but don't want to default. I'm in Texas.
