The "musical" dates have nothing to do with it. They are not following ANY of the rquired procedures as mandated in the Uniform Arbitration Act. These violations of procedure put them into noncompliance with the FDCPA, they have "morphed" into an adjunct of W &A and therefore are subject to the jurisdiction of the FTC for violating the FDCPA. In addition, besides violating the FDCPA and the Unfair Business Practices Act, by operating as an arm of the CA they MAY be considered to be in violation of RICO.
