They'll call your contract 'unilateral', non-binding. A clever lawyer might claim they agreed to your terms by cashing the check. Keep disputing, write to CRA by CRRS mail, inform them you intend to sue for defamation, send copies of all documents,including bank statement showing check was cashed, copy the check also. ATT has become a real lowlife loser company. Once the vanguard of telecommunications worldwide, they're now another predatory-capitalist nineties type bunch of scumbags. Got rid of 'em a while back. They called asking why I dropped them. I replied, poor treatment of long time customer - me. They disputed this, pulling typical nineties style lawyer bullshale. Didn't know what I was talking about, tried to make it my fault, etc. I thanked them for making my point. Thankfully, Keyser Soze
