So, now, you be vigilant. Call the courthouse regularly. If they're online, access the Clerk's website online, check to see if you're being sued.Make friends with someone in the Clerk's office. You'll know right away whom to trust. In this unworthy scribe's county, one clerk most helpful, another loves to lecture and moralize about how judgement is a sure thing, debtors all bad, etc. Oh, my, how they reveal themselves.
