Its not collusion if W/A are the attorny firm handling accounts still owned by MBNA. Send your letters and say your going to file counter suites and their lawyers will win. Because they have more resources to collect on the money you owe them. If they didnt think they would win they wouldn't sue you. Its not worth MBNA time and effort to collect the money they lent you if they don;t expect to win. Not only do they have the resources they also have the legal knowledge that comes from law degrees not just reading advice on an internet site.
