CFC Financial, LLC = Asset Acceptance, LLC = Financial Credit, LLC They would be penny on the dollar “distressed debt investors.” Not a collection agency mind you as they’ll protest repeatedly,. They are “creditors.” Trying to track these hucksters down is like playing Whack-A-Mole. They have multiple named corporations registered in multiple states all leading back to the same stink pile. They incorporate, dissolve, re-incorporate in other states under multiple names and entities, but it’s all the same charlatans running the show (Rufus Reitzel, Nathaniel “Brad” Bradley IV.) Dispute one account, and they just put it back on your report under one of the other entity’s names.
