I'm of the opinion that a CA will sue you ONLY and IF they know for sure that they can get some of your money. Most of the jerks who work for the CA's are social misfits who have no work ethic, including motivation, and are primarily concerned with the commission they are getting paid. IF they are in violation, nail their ass to the wall.....there's no guarantee that IF you don't file a complaint that they won't sue you either. Besides, some times when you fight back you sorta get some of your self-respect back.....God knows those scumbags try to make us feel worthless.

Another thing you might want to consider.... just who/what is the ACA? Does it really address the problems with the CA's or is it just a crock of b/s that serves no useful purpose?
