As for the rest of it, get sued? I don't think so, they know you've used Bankruptcy before, It's in your file, right? so, I would think that if I were to sue you for, let's say $1200, you would go into bankrupcy, because its cheaper than paying $1200.

My debts are in excess of $25000, but I've never been sued.
