Possibly-
If the suit was dismissed because it was not your account, or the creditor had filed suit without proof it was your account, then you can dispute it to the CRA and in your dispute state that the creditor's claim had been LEGALLY disputed in Court and the Court had ruled in your favor, dismissing their claim.

Make sure you specify the fact that the claim had been DISPUTED.

State in your dispute to the CRA whatever reason you won in Court, i.e. not my account etc. etc. If you won on the basis of SOL, there is a SOL followup letter to CRA on my website you can edit for your purposes.
