If you are within SOL, it is NOT a good idea to do ANYTHING about ANYTHING.

If you are beyond SOL, and have a VERY GOOD paper trail of REAL complaints against an ACA member, including filed complaints to the FTC and your State's Attorney General's office, AND your goal is to get deletion of ERRORS on your reports, ( such as re-aged or wrong $$ ), and your complaint can include specific numbered violations of the ACA ethics code, ( as printed in their forms), then yes, go ahead.

Otherwise NOT.
