non-English speaking moron called today.Speaks ok English until I ask a legitimate question,then pretends to not understand. I told him we rec. the documentation THEY sent and will have it filled out by the doctor and mail back and until then to stop calling and harrassing my dad. Moron seemed to only understand really well when I said I was contacting thr Atty Gen. of my state and his. That stopped him and he asked that I not do that and would I hold while I was put through to a Cus.Ser. Rep and she had NO idea why the call was put through to her.She just kept saying until the disability insurance program for dad was 'activated" he was delinquent.I told her to activate it as he is disabled and isn't that what the protection is for anyway? She said when they got the paperwork and got to it,it would be done. I said well it better not get conveniently lost or sit around on someone's desk for a year and that dad was not able to nor going to make further payments since he's been paying for the insurance that was to cover the charges in the event that he indeed became disabled-which he now is.We got no where. She still claims they can and will call until the delinquent balance is brought up to date.His Dr.'s appt isn't until like June 9 or 10th,somewhere in that time frame.
