When did you miss the first payment. The following month starts the SOL. Are you talking about two different dates on two different credit reports? Is someone threatening to sue you right now. Why do you even care. Thirty days from now, the SOL will have passed. Unless you have been sued, just sit tight. Yes, if someone gets a judgement (higly unlikely unless you have already been sued) and they can find the Texas account, then yes. Change bank accounts to be on the safe side. If you have ever paid the original creditor or CA with your current account, they have your banking info, Texas or not.
