It shows up only on Equifax, shows May,2001 and June 2001 as 30 days late when I pulled my CR. I reason I ask is that ZENITH ACQUISITION PULLED MY CR ON MAY 24,2004 and they have tried to reach me by phone for the lastr few weeks put calls have stop as of now. I do not think they have sued me I moved a few years ago and I have not had anything in the mail sent to me. Just want to make sure the SOL is real and that really can not get a judgement after the SOL before I send a letter or should I just lay low.
