i dont think so. not sure what you would sue for. anyone assigned or bought the debt has permissible purpose. the others are only soft inquiries no one else sees. some pull hards with no purpose and those you must dispute with the company who did it. opt out and they cant without true purpose. im not real sure what you would sue FOR?
